Motorola Zeppelin - Dual Sim GSM & CDMA phone

There is certain countries that have both GSM and CDMA network provider for different rates for calling. It seems that Motorola Zeppelin is target for the China market and is running under Android OS on a 3.1" display, with HDMI and WiFi support.
