Barnes & Noble Nook is an Android

It seems that Amazon Kindle and Sony PRS will soon have a tough competitor from the mega-bookstore, Barnes & Nooble. Their ereader, Nook will be a touchscreen color ebook reader that is powered by Google's Android OS. Not sure if Android application or Android Marketplace application will be available for Nook users, as they are yet to be release by B&N.
