Samsung Beam - Android Phone with Projector

A phone with projector will finally hit the street soon with Samsung Beam. Take a look at the above video at the Samsung Beam at action. It is said that the Samsung Beam prototype has 6 GB of ram (don't think this would go to production) and dual-core 1 GHz CPU. The Beam seems to be using an old OS Android OS, v2.1 (Eclair).
